2. Products and images
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photographs are for illustration, and colour, curl pattern and shine can look slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Hair lengths are measured straight or stretched as stated on each product.
3. Prices and payment

Payments are processed securely by PayFast; we never see or store your full card details. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before processing an affected order.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a payment cannot be verified, in which case we will refund you in full.
5. Delivery
We deliver within South Africa only. Delivery costs and timeframes are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page.
6. Cancellations, returns and defective goods
Your rights under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (including the 7-day cooling-off period) and the Consumer Protection Act (including the right to return defective goods) are explained on our Returns & Exchanges page. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
7. Use of our website
You may not misuse this website or copy its content, images or branding without our written permission.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
