Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses anywhere in South Africa. We do not currently ship internationally.
Delivery costs
- Courier delivery: R120
- Free delivery on orders over R2,000
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are packed and dispatched within [PLACEHOLDER: number of business days].

Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or South African public holidays.
Tracking
Once your order ships we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Receiving your parcel
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or nobody being available, re-delivery costs may apply.
- Check your parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, or anything is missing or incorrect, email info@inchezzz.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
