Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS

We want all of our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. So if you receive any products that is unsatisfactory, please get in contact with us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will refund you for the item/s.

We only accept refunds if it is an error on our part. If the clothing is damaged or is the wrong size then a refund will be applicable.

Products returned or exchanged must be in their original condition – unworn, and undamaged. We will not accept any products returned after the expiration of the valid return period (7 days after receipt of your parcel).

 

Refunds (if applicable)

In the case of a return, we will need you to take a picture of the issue and contact us via email. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items will be refunded at the sale price.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@inchezzz.com

 

Shipping

If you are returning or exchanging a product, you are responsible for any postage or courier costs.

In the event of an exchange, we will cover the courier fee of the new item/s being sent back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
