2. What we collect
- Order and account details: your name, email address, phone number, and billing and delivery addresses.
- Order history: the products you buy and any messages you send us.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser and how you use our website, collected through cookies.
We do not collect or store your full card details. Payments are handled securely by PayFast.
3. Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, including returns and refunds.
- To manage your account and respond to your queries.
- To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep our website secure, prevent fraud and meet our legal and tax obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We only share what is needed with trusted service providers who help us run the store: our payment processor (PayFast), courier partners, our website hosting provider and our email provider. We never sell your personal information.
